Fight Team!

I am very proud of our youngsters for competing recently. It was the first time Daniel Terry Fight Team has attended an inter club and all the boys fought really well, conducting themselves like true martial artists. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to announce our arrival on the UK Muay Thai scene.

Muay Thai Classes - London SW1.

In September 2023, Daniel will be starting 2 new Muay Thai classes in London’s SW1, area. The sessions will be for 11-18 year olds and will have limited spaces. Contact danielterrytraining@gmail.com for more info and pre-booking.

Master Trainer of Combat, at Gymbox.

After first starting at Gymbox as a flyer person in 2007, Daniel worked on reception for 2 years, before studying to become a personal trainer and starting his career in fitness in 2009, when Gymbox, Bank opened its doors. Since then Daniel has become a highly regarded trainer and much sort after group fitness instructor. After being offered and accepting the position, Daniel is very excited about his new roll within Gymbox as the company grows.

April 15th Muay Thai Grand Prix

April 15th saw Daniel “The Terminator” Terry return to the ring at Muay Thai Grand Prix (MTGP), at the National Sports Centre, in Crystal Palace, London. His opponent was a very tough, national champion from Portugal. The fight was a good back and forth battle, seeing both combatants landing some nice shots. Daniel opted for more movement and utilised his kicking game (after damaging his right hand), while the man from Portugal stalked, coming forward and was effective mainly with his boxing. He had dangerous combinations and landed some venomous body shots. Daniel inflicted damage with heavy kicks, visibly marking up his opponent. He also displayed some eye catching clinch work and seemed to be in front in terms of the scoring. The bout ended in a unanimous decision win in favour of Daniel.
