BOXING
Boxing training incorporate cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed and agility in one discipline. Sessions will be adapted depending on your fitness level and goals. You will learn to perform under pressure and distress at the same time. Session will comprise of a warm-up, mobility, conditioning, pad work and foot work drills.
